Detailed introduction

Unwinding unit

(1) unwinding method: the coil is lifted by an inflatable shaft cylinder. Conjoined rack with a frame thickness of 30 mm.

(2)Unwinding and rectifying: This machine adopts an analog guiding system to track the edge of the material.

(3)deviation adjustment device: The unwinding aluminum guide roller has a longitudinal deviation adjustment device, so that the material can run smoothly with the guide roller to the maximum extent and ensure the winding accuracy and quality.

(4)unwinding tension detection: Hall switch, with pneumatic brake to achieve unwinding tension. The unwinding warp is detected by the Hall switch, the output torque is calculated, and the tension is automatically calculated by the PLC.

(5)unwinding control: This machine control has the functions of starting, stopping, speed regulation, unwinding residual material alarm and unwinding tension adjustment, etc., and is synchronized with the winding place, with the host speed display, unwinding tension display.

(6)metering: the encoder is used for working length detection, which has the advantages of high precision and high resolution.

(7)transition guide roller: the transition drive aluminum roller has a diamond-shaped cross line on the surface, which makes the material more flat and obedient in the process of high-speed operation.

Winding unit
