FEATURES
1. Controlled by a computer with a photoelectric tracking deviation correction system.
2. Rewinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutches through a PLC touch screen for automatic tension adjustment.
3. Unwinding tension is controlled by a magnetic powder brake with automatic tension control.
4. The rewinding shaft uses a pneumatic friction(slip) shaft, which can be automatically lifted and lowered with pneumatic pressure.
5. The whole machine speed is controlled by a frequency converter, equipped with an automatic meter counting device.
6. It has the advantages of smooth slitting edges, neat rewinding end faces, and convenience for subsequent processing.

This machine is suitable for slitting various materials, including paper, woven fabrics, aluminum foil, aluminum-plastic film, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) films for printing and packaging, composite films, BOPP, PET, PE, PVC sheets, pearlescent films, etc.

Main Components of the Machine
The machine is composed of a deviation correction unwinding mechanism, slitting mechanism, rewinding mechanism, transmission mechanism, and electrical control system.
 
Main Configuration and Specifications of Each Mechanism
(1) Unwinding Unit
Equipped with manual vertical and horizontal deviation adjustment to eliminate tension inconsistency and wrinkling caused by thickness variation at the two ends of the raw material or an uneven paper core.
Uses a high-linear magnetic powder brake as the unwinding tension actuator, with balanced torque output to minimize tension fluctuations.
1.Unwinding specifications: maximum width 800mm, φ diameter 800mm
2.Paper tube clamping method: slip shaft clamping
Specifications: 3in slip shafts, 2 pieces
3.Tension control: magnetic powder tension control.
Output control: 100N·M magnetic powder brake, automatically controlled by PLC touch screen.
4.Deviation correction execution: tracked by a photoelectric eye on the base material, following the edge; the deviation correction controller gives signals, and a synchronous motor executes.
Specifications: 1 photoelectric eye, 4 linear guide rails, 1 deviation correction mechanism, 1 set of photoelectric eye fine-tuning.
 
(2) Slitting Unit
Adopts circular knife and straight knife slitting for neat cutting edges. The lower knife is operated by rotating the handwheel, and continuous rotation achieves automatic knife approaching.
1.Knife shafts: 1 upper knife shaft and 1 lower knife shaft
2.Locking device: Equipped with a quick knife approaching device to lock the upper knife shaft, avoiding slitting quality problems caused by separation or movement of the upper and lower knives.
Specifications: 1 pair of rocker arms, 1 locking shaft, 1 pair of matching gears, 1 pair of worm and worm gear, 10 pieces of each type of tool.
3.Waste discharge: High-pressure fan guides waste edges through a blowing pipe for removal.
Specifications: 1 fan, 1 air duct.
4.Main wall panels: Made of steel plates for effective vibration reduction, facilitating high-speed and stable operation.

5.Guide rollers: Surface hard anodized and polished.

(3) Rewinding Unit
Adopts double-shaft rewinding on the left and right, with pressure arms to balance internal and external rewinding pressures. Two magnetic powder clutches control the rewinding tension, and the tension of a single shaft can be adjusted arbitrarily.
1.Rewinding specifications: maximum width 800mm, diameter φ600mm
2.Paper tube clamping method: slip shaft clamping (can be customized according to customer material specifications)
Specifications: 3in pneumatic slip shafts, 2 pieces
3.Rewinding shaft pressure: Differential pressure pneumatic pressing, and the pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily through a pneumatic pressure regulating valve.
Specifications: 2 pairs of pressure arms, 2 air cylinders.
4.Tension control: Automatically controlled by PLC touch screen.
5.Rewinding execution: PLC controls the taper tension automatic control of magnetic powder clutches.
 
(4) Transmission Unit
The main motor operation is controlled by a frequency converter, enabling convenient and fast speed adjustment with smooth speed transition.
1.Driving mode: Universal frequency conversion adjustment, driven by a frequency conversion motor.
