Product Description

This machine is used to print PET, PE, BOPP, OPP, CPP, PVC, Cellophane, paper and other film materials with the similar printing performance listed above. Max printing speed 160m/min, automatic register with video inspection monitor, automatic splicing at both unwind and rewind, whole machine PLC control with touch screen.

Machine Features

1. Programmable controller control the main motor(1Servo motor), rewinding and unwinding motor(here has 4 Servo motors), the speeding and decelerating synchronously to ensure the same linear speed and stable film tension of rewinding and unwinding traction during the printing process and auto roll-changing. Set the tension value of the rewinding and unwinding traction by adjusting the precision reducing valve, and make it closed loop controlling with potentiometer and Servo motor(here has 2 motors: in-feed unit and out-feed unit). The advantage of the swing arm is that it can buffer the fluctuation of the film tension and ensure the registration accurate.

2. The feature of seven servo motor controlling: Less rewinding waste, better registration stability

1) :Save much material, ink, solvent and power when the capacity is huge.

2) :Rewinding speed 180m/min, rewinding waste 3-5m

3):Save ink, solvent, power 25%, reduce the cost largely.

1. Unwind unit

(1) dual station turret with automatic rotation.

(2) Horizontal adjustment of printing material auto

(4) Auto Splicing , pre-transmitting system for roll changes.(Roll change no need reduce speed )

(7) Two unwinding shafts are transmitted independently by two vector servo motor(5.5KW), when change the roll, no need to slow down the speed or stop the machine.

(8) Pre-transmission system: Fix new roll on the B shaft with adhesive tape, when the roll diameter on the A shaft reach to the set value, the ring sounds and press the prepare roll change button to let the turret rotate to a suitable angle, then the B shaft start speeding, when the line speed reach to the current printing speed, press roll change button, the roller will push the material to the new roll, then new roll will adhesive to the old roll then cutter fall down to cut off the old roll, now roll change finish.

In-feed unit
(1) Double roller rolling type, combined with steel roller and rubber roller.

(2) Pneumatic rubber roller control

(3) In-feed roller is driven by servo motor 3KW(2set).

(4) Floating roller to adjust the tension, absorb tension fluctuation and make printing job accurate, tension floating roller potentiometer can do position inspection, with PLC and frequency converter, it realize closed loop controlling.

Structure

(2) Air cooling adopts centrifugal blower, water cooling roller touches the surface of the printing material to cool the material completely, and get the material to its original state which is better for precise registration.

5.Rewind part (with static brush)

Pre-transmission system: Press the prepare roll change button to let the turret rotate to a suitable angle, then the B shaft start speeding, when the line speed of the paper core reach to the current printing speed, press roll change button, the roller will push the material to the paper core on the B shaft, then new roll will adhesive to the old roll then cutter fall down to cut off the old roll, now roll change finish.

6.Shaftless structure: Install cylinder adopt pneumatic pull the core shaft, horizontal adjustment adopts screw move.
