Two unwinding shafts are transmitted independently by two servo motor(5.5KW), when change the roll, no need to slow down the speed or stop the machine.

pre-transmission system: Fix new roll on the B shaft with adhesive tape, when the roll diameter on the A shaft reach to the set value, the ring sounds and press the prepare roll change button to let the turret rotate to a suitable angle, then the B shaft start speeding, when the line speed reach to the current printing speed, press roll change button, the roller will push the material to the new roll, then new roll will adhesive to the old roll then cutter fall down to cut off the old roll, now roll change finish.

7 Servo Motor Controlling System
1.Programmable controller control the main motor(1Servo motor), rewinding and unwinding motor(here has 4 Servo motors), the speeding and decelerating synchronously to ensure the same linear speed and stable film tension of rewinding and unwinding traction during the printing process and auto roll-changing. Set the tension value of the rewinding and unwinding traction by adjusting the precision reducing valve, and make it closed loop controlling with potentiometer and Servo motor(here has 2 motors: in-feed unit and out-feed unit). The advantage of the swing arm is that it can buffer the fluctuation of the film tension and ensure the registration accurate.
2.The feature of seven servo motor controlling: Less rewinding waste, better registration stability
1) :Save much material, ink, solvent and power when the capacity is huge.
2) :Rewinding speed 200m/min, rewinding waste 3-5m
3) :Save ink, solvent, power 25%, reduce the cost largely.
